1. Our website allows you to request an estimate for these services. Submitting an estimate request does not guarantee service. Service is subject to scheduling and agreement on pricing and scope of work.

We utilize Yardbook, a third-party platform, to collect and manage customer information related to estimate requests, sales, and marketing. By submitting an estimate request, you acknowledge and agree that your information will be collected, stored, and processed by Yardbook in accordance with their own privacy policy and terms of service, which you are encouraged to review. Tropical Trim is not responsible for the privacy practices or terms of service of Yardbook.
3.3. Estimate Validity Estimates provided by Tropical Trim are typically valid for a specific period, as stated in the estimate. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw an estimate at any time before a service agreement is formally established.
3.4. No Obligation Submitting an estimate request does not obligate you to purchase services from Tropical Trim, and providing an estimate does not obligate Tropical Trim to provide services. A service agreement will only be formed upon mutual agreement on the scope of work and pricing.
4. Privacy Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy which explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. By using our website and submitting estimate requests, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy, as well as the data handling practices of Yardbook as outlined in their own policies.

Limitation of Liability TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TROPICAL TRIM LAWN SERVICES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, YOUR SUBMISSION OF ESTIMATE REQUESTS, OR ANY SERVICES PROVIDED BY TROPICAL TRIM, EVEN IF TROPICAL TRIM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
